  • Refunds

    Refunds are provided on sealed Product ONLY. Refund requests should be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Handling Times

    Returns typically are processed within 5-7 days after we've approved a return request. Please makes sure to include with your return request a name, phone numbers, and order number.

1. Returns on Sealed Products:

If you are not completely satisfied with a sealed product you purchased from us, you may be eligible to return it within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Return Process for Sealed Products:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our through our Contact Form within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  5. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds for Sealed Products:

Upon successful completion of the return process and verification of the returned product's condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.

4. No Returns on Single Cards:

Please note that we do not accept returns for single Pokémon cards.

Due to the collectible nature of these items, we cannot guarantee their condition after they leave our possession. We provide detailed product descriptions and images to help you make an informed purchase decision.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Single Pokémon cards
  • Singe Graded Pokémon cards
  • Items not in their original, unopened, and sealed condition
  • Items returned beyond the 15-day return window
  • Items without proof of purchase
