Will my order be shipped during the holiday?
Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Are shipping deadlines extended during the holiday season?
Yes, due to increased holiday volume, shipping deadlines may be extended by 1–3 business days. Fulfilling orders for both shipping and in-store pickup may also take up to an additional 48 hours.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
What happens if my order is delayed due to the carrier or weather conditions?
While we strive to ship on time, delays caused by carriers or weather conditions are beyond our control. Please contact us if your package is significantly delayed, and we’ll assist as best as possible.
Can I place orders online during the holiday?
Absolutely! Our online store remains open 24/7, even during holidays.
What if I order a pre-order item during the holiday?
All pre-order policies remain the same. If a pre-order is purchased with other items, the order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
Will the store be open during the holiday?
Our physical location will be closed for pickup orders during holidays. Pickup orders will be fulfilled within 2 days after the holiday. We generally contact you regarding your order with in 24 hours to followup on expected fulfillment.
